Crescendo Music School Program

Crescendo music school offers a comprehensive program. I do not offer “piano lessons”. I offer a program that includes group musicianship classes, individual lessons, parent training and feedback, recitals, masterclasses and an achievement  program (​The Crescendo Challenge).

Structure
My piano education program includes the following:

1. Weekly individual lessons
2. Group musicianship lessons 
3. Music Events (recitals and master classes)

Five Areas of Musicality 

Memorized repertoire
          -  the Suzuki approach allows for listening to tone, developing technique and performance even when you don’t have the score 

Reading music 
          - through method books, choice pieces and repertoire

Creativity 
          - improvisation, Lead sheets and composition

Theory 
          - concepts, scales, arpeggios etc.

Musicianship 
          - artistry, music history etc

​Mission Statement

My first priority is to help children grow emotionally, cognitively and socially. Music is the beautiful and challenging medium used to help children grow. Learning a musical instrument presents many challenges and children grow as they face the challenges, break the challenge into smaller steps, and ultimately achieve the goal with their teacher and parents’ mentoring.  I am committed to helping children grow their minds,  their hearts, and their love for music.
