About the Crescendo Challenge

All students participate in the Crescendo Challenge program which is a series of goals and a tracking system of the students’ progress. Each child has a decorative Crescendo Challenge board at home and receives a skeleton key for each goal received. The visual representation of the child’s progress is very rewarding to both students and parents. The Crescendo Challenge gives teachers, students and parents a road map of where we are headed and celebrates progression on the path.

1. Choice pieces
2. Suzuki repertoire
3. Reading
4. Music experiences (concerts, ballets, symphony etc.)
5. Technique
6. Creativity
7. Musicianship
